Service Description

A reminder text will also be sent ** Energize your mornings with a fresh air training session along the sandy shores of Fisherman’s beach before a cold water dip in the bay. Over summer, wake up to the energy of the sun with a quick 40mins strength session followed by 5+ mins of cold water therapy. Working your body in new ways to avoid the plateau of training or simply to mix it up with gym-based training. Enjoy breathwork and stretches to sync our circadian rhythm for increased energy, improved sleep and enhanced mood and wellbeing. Build not only physical strength but mental strength and resilience as you explore the benefits of cold water therapy post-training.
