As the title states, there is more than one way to digest (see above paragraph- thanks Google), the same respect applies to learning new information and importantly what food you can or can't 'digest'.

No two people are the same so it's important that information is delivered with the relevance to you.

My purpose is to share insights that I have learnt through my experience and education, delivering them in a way that is easy to understand, easily applied and will empower you to make positive and permanent changes. Providing information on Nutrition, Holistic Health and Nature Therapy, imparting a little of my own story, my weekly blog will provide a sneak peek into my daily life. You will see I am a vivacious, honest and passionate woman. I am foremost a mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend.

An open book, flick to any page and what you see is real and unguarded. I juggle life. At times I can find myself on emotional roller coaster and suffer self doubt too. I have learnt to listen to my self-talk and ensure my internal dialogue is in line with my goals and ambitions.
