About the Event

 *Update 23/3/2020- Due to new Government-mandated lockdowns, I am heavy-hearted to announce that  Parks Victoria has closed Tidal River until further notice and bookings cancelled. Alison & I are hoping to reschedule for later in 2020 or early 2021.   The lockdown measures will have a tremendous effect on all of us. Health and safety are the utmost importance and we look forward to running this Women's Retreat again, once this pandemic has dissipated.  

We will have a long road ahead of us in terms of economic recovery however I think that connection, nature, nutrition, and movement are critical to rebuilding and maintaining a healthy state of mind and body.

Stay safe - stay sane and keep your mind, body, and soul active and alert. We will be staying updated with all current information and advising accordingly when we will be able to rebook**

Our Wellness weekend is the perfect opportunity to take some time out for yourself, to restore balance to Mind, Body & Soul.

The retreat is blend of Nutrition, Mindfulness & Nature education and workshops, designed to provide ultimate opportunity to gain all the benefits of a weekend escape whilst gaining knowledge to support your holistic health.

Connect within an intimate group of like-minded women enjoying deliciously prepared meals by Nutritionist, Alison Tehan.  A beautiful menu offering options for all dietary requirements for the transistion into the cooler weather. Alison will present an informative  nutrition workshop on the interconnection stress, anxiety, hormones and the gut and what we can eat for enhanced immunity. 

We will explore the importance of breath and take concept to expereince with some pragmatic excerises to anchor into Mindfulness. Explore the paths your life has taken, shaped by your values and beliefs as we look at mapping out our ideal future and steps to achive your ultimate lifestyle. An action driven, weekend set by intention, exploration and accountabilty in a supportive and nurturing community. 

Summit Mt Oberon to watch sunrise of the mountainous range of Southern Prom Country. Explore Squeky beach, Lilly Pilly Gully circuit and Normans beach and discover the benefits of Nature and the connecction to our senses to improve our mental and physical health. Walks are in close proximity to the lodge and slow paced allows all abilities to enjoy the benefits of Nature.
