About the Event
Our Wellness weekend is the perfect opportunity to take some time out for yourself, to restore balance to Mind, Body & Soul.
The retreat is blend of Nutrition, Mindfulness & Nature education and workshops with free time, designed to provide ultimate opportunity to gain all the benefits of a weekend escape whilst gaining knowledge to support your holistic health.
Connect within an intimate group of like-minded women enjoying deliciously prepared meals by Nutritionist, Alison Tehan.
Alison has an amazing nutrition workshop about stress, anxiety, hormones and the gut and what we can do for enhanced immunity.
I'll back this up with a power playbook session that will empower you to rewrite old beliefs and write the plays for your life! We have Mt Oberon Summit walk planned for sunrise hike, which is incredible and totally worth getting up for, even if you're not a morning person! (me neither) Other walks are in close proximity to the lodge and slow paced allows all abilities to enjoy the benefits of Nature walks.
Experience the healing power of Nature with guided Mindfulness hikes along beautiful trails of the Tidal River region including sunrise hike to the summit of Mt Oberon for awe-inspiring views and photography opportunities.
