WELLNESS WALK & BATHHOUSE EXPERIENCE

With the success of our first Wellness Walk & Bathhouse Experience, we are thrilled to offer this event again, this time exploring elements of nature this spring; learning simple, pragmatic practices that support your well-being.

Our Wellness walk starts with an awakening breathwork sequence and gratitude practice to anchor into nature. Slow and meditative, you will be invited to move mindfully through the coastal trails, guided to explore the innate connection, we as humans, share with the natural environment.

Learn how the ocean and the trees support our immunity, and physical health and have positive effects on our mental health. Practice techniques to slow down the mind, heal the body, and overcome challenges. Explore how connecting to nature helps to regulate our nervous system, cultivating better relationships with ourselves and others by learning to be less reactive, and more proactive whilst supporting our innate need to belong.

Enjoy warm chai, tea, and snacks by the seaside before a short drive to AURORA SPA & BATHHOUSE where we will immerse our bodies in the rejuvenating mineral waters, and warmth of the subterranean haven.

7:50 am – Meet at Sorrento Back Beach (Ocean Beach Road, Sorrento)

8:00 am - 90min Wellness Walk. A meditative slow walk along the coastal headlands of Sorrento. Enjoy warm chai and snacks by the seaside

9:30 am – Drive to Aurora Spa & Bathhouse (23 Constitution Hill Road  Sorrento, Victoria, 3943)

10:00 am – Enjoy 90mins of subterranean bathhouse relaxation.

11:30 am – Bask in the afterglow in the lounge with warm tea before enjoying your afternoon as yours
