About the Event
Megan & I are excited to deliver another day retreat of hiking, connection, nourishing food & restorative yoga!
The Coastal hike will take us through the historic Point Nepean National Park along the rugged coastal trails.
An easy-moderate graded hike, incorporating mindfulness, nature facts, and conversation. The slower pace allows for connection and appreciation of the epic views & energy of the coastal vista. Approx 14 km, the slow pace will see us complete the walk-in approx 3-4 hours with breaks.
We will enjoy a nourishing seasonal lunch and I'll share info on how to support holistic health with Nutrition. Enjoy nature-based sensory exercises and discover the benefits of spending time in nature for our mental and physical health! A truly holistic approach.
Relax post-hike with Megan at the stunning Ocean Beach Yoga studio in Sorrento. Stretch out and explore your body using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, yoga blocks, and self-massage infused with yoga. Zen out and discover new ways to ease tension and pain, improve posture and athletic performance as well as enhance muscle strength and flexibility during this 2-hour workshop.
8:45 am: Meet at Point Nepean National Park (Quarantine Station Car Park)
9:00 am: Set off along the trails
12:30 am: Lunch & Snacks provided
2:00 pm: Return to Studio for Yoga Workshop
4:30 pm- Tea & Nibbles, Farewell @ 5pm
Required: No hiking or yoga experience required, however, a good level of fitness will ensure this is enjoyable for all
Facilities: Toilets at Start and halfway point of the hike
All-inclusive of lunch and snacks, attendees need only bring water.
