About the Event

*Update 23/3/2020- Due to new Government regulations, we are heavy-hearted to announce that this day retreat will be postponed. The lockdown measures will have a tremendous effect on all of us. Health and safety are the utmost importance and both Megan and I look forward to running this retreat after this pandemic has dissipated. Stay safe - stay sane and keep your mind, body, and soul active and alert. We will be staying updated with all current information and advising accordingly when we will be able to rebook**

Megan & I are beyond elated with the response to our Coastal Hiking & Yoga retreats so we have decided to lock in future dates. The next of which will be APRIL 19th.

An Autumn Coastal hike will see us traverse the historic trails of Pt Nepean. Discover a bygone era and rugged coastlines that served as a defense in the second world war. 

An easy-moderate graded hike, incorporating mindfulness, and conversation, the slower pace allows for connection and to appreciate the epic views & energy of the coastal vista. Approx 10 km, the slow pace will see us complete the walk-in approx 3-4 hours with breaks.

We will enjoy a nourishing beachside lunch and I'll share info on how to support holistic health with Nutrition. Enjoy nature-based sensory exercises and discover the benefits of spending time in nature for our mental and physical health!  A truly holistic approach. 

Relax post-hike with Megan at the stunning Ocean Beach Yoga studio in Sorrento. Stretch out and explore your body using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, yoga blocks, and self-massage infused with yoga. Zen out and discover new ways to ease tension and pain, improve posture and athletic performance as well as enhance muscle strength and flexibility during this 2-hour workshop. Laughs are guaranteed! 

A heated studio can be arranged for cooler temperatures if required.

9 am: Meet at Pt Nepean car park near the Quarantine station 

11:30 am: Lunch & Snacks provided

2:30 pm: Return to Studio for Yoga Workshop

4:30 pm- Tea & Nibbles, Farewell @ 5pm

Required: No hiking or yoga experience required, however, a good level of fitness will ensure this is enjoyable for all

Facilities: Toilets at Pt Nepean start and mid way

All-inclusive of lunch and snacks, attendees need only bring water.
