About the Event

 *Update 23/3/2020- Due to new Government-mandated lockdowns, I am heavy-hearted to announce that this hike and SUP will be postponed until later in the year. The lockdown measures will have a tremendous effect on all of us. Health and safety are the utmost importance and I look forward to running this HIKE & SUP event, once this pandemic has dissipated.  

We will have a long road ahead of us in terms of economic recovery however I think that connection, nature, and movement are critical to rebuilding and maintaining a healthy state of mind.

Stay safe - stay sane and keep your mind, body, and soul active and alert. I will be staying updated with all current information and advising accordingly when we will be able to rebook** 

Enjoy a Mindful hike traversing the trails of Arthur's Seat to sea winds garden where we will explore sensory meditations, enjoy amazing views across Port Phillip Bay, (on a clear day) to the city and the You Yangs. We will wander the gardens learning how Nature holds the key to our Holistic health.

We will grab a coffee at Eagle Cafe (The chairlift cafe) before following the trails back to McCrae beach where we will grab a board and hit the water for an hour. Here we will learn how to Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) & the many complementary health benefits that it provides. All equipment and instructions are provided. 

This event is open to all abilities, so don't worry if you have never SUP'd before. You will be hooked! 

The sense of floating on the water is a great way to end the day whilst improving your posture, balance, flexibility, and circulation. A blend of complementary therapies to boost your wellbeing and improve mental &  physical health with a small group of adventure seekers. 

· Layered clothing is best 

· Hat, sunnies, sunscreen

· 1.5 liters of water 

· Snacks and money for extra purchases (coffee/drink provided)

· Bathers + towel 

· Extra set of warm clothes

Strictly limited numbers 

No experience necessary for either guided hike or paddleboarding.
