About the Event

We meet on location at Gunnamatta Ocean Beach where we start with a mindful meditation syncing our senses with our surroundings. The sandy beach walk provides resistance to our legs, and you’re invited to partake in this section barefoot. It’s actually recommended.

An informative walk will guide you through eco-therapy practices and teaches you why, how, and what of connecting with nature to restore, rejuvenate and revitalise body, mind, and spirit.

As we enter the coastal scrub, we silence our chatter, tuning into to the natural stillness around us. Birdlife singing to the tune of the glowing morning sunshine. If we’re lucky, we can meet some of the local Kangaroos, echidnas or lizards that call this area home. The bushland walk circles through the Fingal beach picnic area where we can take a rest and enjoy some light snacks.

As we head back along the same trail, notice how the perspective shifts. Looking into the distance of the jagged cliff coastline, crashing waves and sun now higher in the sky, we continue back to the carpark where we met and just a 2 min drive, we arrive for lunch in our private stable of St Andrews Brewery at 12:30pm.

Enjoy lunch with our accomplished team before bidding farewell. You will sleep well after this coastal walk!
