Discover the Wilderness of Wilson’s Prom’s iconic hiking trails, connect with a slow flow yoga session and chill out with our own private acoustic musician, Dylan Boyd. The relaxed vibe continues with a feast of Paella, lovingly created by our personal chef – Josh Jakubenko of Boho Blends.

Immerse yourself in the natural surroundings; exploring Mt Oberon summit by sunrise, short circuit walks or refreshing cold water swim at Norman’s beach where you will learn the benefits of cold water therapy to optimise your health.

Megan Killorn delivers her soulful yoga experience to help relieve tight muscles and tension with her unique style, offering a number of sessions over the duration of the weekend.

An energetic, fun atmosphere and wrapping up the weekend with a 2.5 hour Wilsons Promontory Cruise to discover the beautiful granite coastline and unique wilderness of the National Park with Pennicott Wilderness Journeys.

The lodge accommodation offers bunk sleeping in the heart of Tidal River where we share communal meals and connect with fellow adventure seekers.

The weekend is inclusive of all meals, accommodation, entertainment, yoga, boat cruise and hiking.
