About the Event

*Update 23/3/2020- Due to new Government-mandated lockdowns, I am heavy-hearted to announce that this HIKE and DINNER will be postponed until later in the year. The lockdown measures will have a tremendous effect on all of us. Health and safety are the utmost importance and I look forward to running this HIKE & DINNER event, once this pandemic has dissipated.

We will have a long road ahead of us in terms of economic recovery however I think that connection, nature, and movement are critical to rebuilding and maintaining a healthy state of mind.

Stay safe - stay sane and keep your mind, body, and soul active and alert. I will be staying updated with all current information and advising accordingly when we will be able to rebook**

A challenging day hike exploring coast to coast, following the iconic Two Bays Trail.

We start early in the morning in McCrae, walking up the steep staircase to the top of the cliff and onto Bunurong Track, the start of the Arthurs Seat State Park. The winding track climbs the steep hillside to Seawinds Garden. Here we can stop for a toilet break before continuing along the Two Bays Trail.

The track continues past the adjoining Kings Falls Track and leaves the State Park at Waterfall Gully Road. We walk through local streets, crossing small reserves before joining the Mornington Peninsula National Park section known as Greens Bush. As an experienced guide, this section is easily navigated.

Greens Bush is a rarely visited section of the Two Bays Trail walk. Its picturesque space holds the perfect place to rest, snack and enjoy a guided sensory meditation, designed to anchor you into a Mindfulness practice.

The trail continues crossing small creeks and alongside Main Creek before crossing Boneo Road towards Bushrangers Bay on its way to Cape Schanck where we will drive back to McCrae and enjoy a group dinner!

Spot Kangaroos, echidnas, koalas and kookaburras throughout our day.

Our 26km hiking journey ends at Cape Schanck where we return via minibus to starting location in Dromana and enjoy post-hike dinner and wine/beer. A great day to connect with Nature's elements and enjoy a social hike with like-minded people.
