The Hike Fit Program is an 8-week online holistic program that includes: • 8 weeks of personal training specific to hiking fitness with beginner, intermediate and advanced adoptions. Videos for reference and explanation • 8 weeks of holistic support; nutrition, mindset, habits, recovery, mindfulness/rest, and nature-based information to assist with trail training • Tools and strategies are provided to keep you on track and get the results you want This is a self-driven course that with the supplied information, tools, and strategies is rewarded with your input. Each module is designed to be completed over a period of a week. Try to maintain this, rather than rushing through as this has been designed specifically for this time period for purpose of learning and implementing.
